- Fees are in EUR per apartment per day with two occupants and with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
- With a length of stay under 6 nights, higher fees apply.
- For more than two people, 10,00 EUR per additional person per day will be charged.
- Children under 3 years stay free of charge, children under 10 years are charged with 50% discount.
- Included in the offer: Water, heating, bedclothes, bath towels, towels, cot, dishtowels, outdoor barbecue area, parking, final cleaning.
- Wi-Fi Internet unlimited (fiber connection)
- Local tourism tax is not included. This is calculated on site and charged at 2,50 EUR per day per person for guests over the age of 14.
- On request, we provide a washing machine, iron and ironing board free of chargeg.
Deposit
A deposit of one third of the rental fee is needed in order to confirm reservation.
Cancelation
Sounds uncomfortable and is indeed uncomfortable. It is a shame when apartments stay empty, when others would have liked to book. On the other hand: it can happen to everyone, that something important gets in the way of your vacation. There is no right to withdraw from a reservation (contract) under Italian consumer protection laws (Mitteilung gemäß Teil III, Titel III, Abschnitt I, des Konsumentenschutzkodex (GvD 206/2005) nonetheless we concede our customers the following terms of withdrawal from a reservation:
- until 3 months before starting your booked vacation, withdrawal from the reservation is FREE of charge
- If you cancel your reservation 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival day, we charge the fee of three days of the total sum
- If you cancel your reservation in the last 4 weeks before arriving, 80% of the total booking price will be charged. The same applies in case of early departure

Travel cancellation insurance
Surely you are looking forward to your vacation, but until the time of arrival and during your vacation, many things can happen! With a travel cancelation insurance from VPS you can be carefree.
Important: The coverage of the insurance is effective only 11 days after signing it. At the time of signing the contract the customer must be in good health.
Pets
Dogs are allowed only upon personal agreement. An additional fee per day and per dog of 5 EUR will be applied. (without food)

Arrival and departure
Our flats are available on the day of arrival after 2 p.m. If it is not possible to arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of arrival, please let us know at least a day in advance.
On the day of departure the apartment has to be vacated by 9 a.m. Different times upon request.
